Who we are

Khayrat Laziza, a product of Aziza Al-Ghanim, is where the story began. Before I begin, it's essential to introduce the Khayrat Laziza Foundation. It's a non-profit organization where all proceeds go to supporting charitable work in the community. In 2001, we acquired a farm in the Saihat region, a beautiful grazing area where cows and sheep live. We fell in love with the land and cherished its soil.

We began developing the farm, increasing our citrus, jujube, almond, tomato, and leafy greens. We brought in different breeds of goats. The farm became bustling with life, yielding abundant fruit and milk, which we distributed to family, neighbors, and friends.

But there was still a surplus that had to be disposed of in a way that pleased God. This is where the idea of cheesemaking originated. Labneh was the beginning of the journey, followed by feta cheese, then mozzarella. Each time a particular cheese was perfected, they moved on to making another. In 2014, we participated for the first time in an exhibition for productive families, presenting a diverse range of cheese products to the public.

People flocked to the "Khayrat Laziza" corner until the third and final day, when all the products were sold out. Orders continued even after the exhibition ended, which prompted us to keep going until our home kitchen could no longer accommodate the demand. In 2016, we established our own cheese factory and expanded our production to include sauces, jams, pickles, dried fruits, biscuits, and gelato.

The key feature that unites these products is that they are natural, healthy, and free of preservatives and hormones. We made them using high-quality ingredients, most of which are farm-grown. We created xylem cheese, diet biscuits, and sugar-free biscuits.

All types of gelato are our own creations. In 2019, we built a larger, more specialized factory to accommodate the increased production volume and variety. In 2024, we started a cheese-making workshop to share our experience with people passionate about this field.

The workshop was a resounding success, motivating us to conduct more workshops and continue our efforts. Nature has generously bestowed its bounty upon us, and we felt compelled to harness these gifts to create healthy products that benefit the community.
