Kefir grains
Kefir grains are a natural community of beneficial bacteria and yeasts, resembling small cauliflower buds. They are used to ferment milk or water, transforming it into a rich probiotic drink that supports digestive and immune health.
Kefir grains are not plant-based grains, but rather live microorganisms that multiply with proper use.
Benefits of kefir grain
• Improves digestion and reduces bloating
• Supports a healthy balance of beneficial bacteria in the gut
• Boosts immunity
• Aids in mineral absorption
• May be easier to digest than regular milk for people with lactose intolerance
