The origin of the name Cheddar comes from the English village of Cheddar.
It is made from cow’s milk and its color ranges from white to orange, but it’s texture and flavor change when it is aging as the moisture level becomes low and the cheese becomes dry, the best age for aging is from 5 to 6 years, and the longer the ageing period the more the benefits and the higher that antioxidants.
Pairing cheddar with a side will soften its sharp flavor– try fruits like apples, grapes, or pears, or sweet sides like fig jam or honey.

طعمها قوي على اللي مش متعود على الشيدر الطبيعي .. اذا كنت واحد من هدول اقول ك اعطيها فرصة لان ذاكرتك راح تطلبها 😍 احب طعمها مبشورة في المكرونه وكحشوة .. طعمه ومختلفه عن طعم الشيدر المعتاد تماما
