French-origin brie cheese is made from cow’s milk or goat’s milk. It is made with the addition of penicillin mushrooms and is covered with white mold.
We make the brie cheese from our local natural cow milk. The brie will continue to change in flavor and texture over time, it will have firm texture and mild flavor when its young. as the cheese ages, it develops a softer , creamer texture with a full-bodied, rich flavor .
