This delicious cheese is made from goat's milk and is softer than cow's feta.

It contains fewer calories and lactose than cow's milk feta, and more vitamins, minerals, riboflavin, and thiamin than cow's milk feta, making it easier to digest.

Uses:

Use with egg dishes… pasta and noodles… with waffles or French toast… with sandwiches and fillings… with salads e.g. Greek salad, feta, cucumber and olives / Date salad, dates, feta and red cabbage.
