- 50g of plain cheddar
- 50g of cheddar with pecans
- 50g of Spicy Cheddar
- 50g of seeded cheddar
- 50g of Parmesan
- 50g of gouda
- A selection of dried and fresh fruits
- almonds
+ A wooden board (not necessarily the same shape as in the picture, it may be rectangular or round)
The dish is covered and garnished with fresh basil leaves.
